Legacy
Easy, at-home access to all information on the Da Costa 400 project. A contact tool and entry
into Black Canadian culture and heritage.
There is no study of Black users of the Internet, but from experience, our guess is that Blacks
use the Internet less than other minorities. Money may be the problem. However, the Internet
is part of our everyday life, part of business and communication, and it is growing. It is
not going away.
Recommendation
This project is already a go with federal and provincial funding and Internet sponsors. July
1 is the launch date for the enriched website.
